All pets being boarding with us must be in good health and any medical conditions discussed with us prior to their stay. Details will have to be put into writing
After each stay coops, hutches, cages and accessories are washed thoroughly, and disinfected using DEFRA approved disinfectant
New bedding is added in time for your pets arrival as is clean fresh water and their favourite food
We supply poultry layers pellets during your chucks stay, water, oyster shell, mixed grit, bedding along with treats. You are also more than welcome to bring along your own food
Poultry are dusted down with a sanitiser upon arrival
All pets in our care are frequently lightly cleaned during their stay to ensure accommodation stays clean and dry
All housing is cleaned out twice weekly or more frequent if needed
Drinking water and food is changed daily.
Our coops are sheltered from the rain and direct sunlight and we lock away hens in their coop at night to keep them safe and let out each morning
Treats will be given daily and usually a variety of corn, poultry seed or chicken treats, we also make and provide our own natural yogurt, breed our own mealworms and can give apple cider vinegar on your instruction
We can also worm your chucks for an extra fee
Eggs can be collected for you to take home
We accept cockerels
Rabbits must be vaccinated against VHD and Myxomatosis to be able to board with us
Whilst your pet is staying with us, they will not have contact with other animals unless they already share accommodation with a friend. We cannot take any responsibility for any pet's pregnancy.
If any of your pets become ill whilst in our care, we will contact you immediately to discuss and action your wishes. Medical treatment and its cost are not covered by us, but is subject to payment from the owner.
As a minority of animals become ill very quickly and pass away - if this does happens whilst they are in our care, we will contact you immediately and talk to you about the circumstances. We cannot accept liability in the unlikely event that this happens.
We accept no liability for injury to you or anybody acting on your behalf whilst on our premises.
All pets are left at owner's risk. and If your pet is not collected within 7 days of the expected date, and we don’t have any contact from you, we may re-home your pet.
We may take your personal details for veterinary purposes and to contact you in an emergency. We destroy your data upon collection of your pets
